Build What Matters, With People Who Care
Careers
We’re a team of thinkers, builders, and problem-solvers helping businesses across Australia grow with better software. Sound like your vibe? You might belong here.
Why Join JDM?
At JDM Software, we’re not just about shipping code - we’re about building things that make a real difference. From AI and cloud systems to full-scale integrations, we’re solving complex problems for real businesses every day.
We work hard, support each other, and celebrate the wins - from product launches to barefoot bowls and Friday lunches. You’ll have the flexibility to grow, space to contribute, and the freedom to do your best work.
We're Flexible
We work out of WOTSO Toowoomba - a shared space full of energy, snacks, great coffee, and other sharp minds. We also believe in balance. If you need to pick up the kids or head to the coast early, we get it.
Culture of Learning
We stay curious, challenge ourselves, and learn from every project. Whether you're early in your career or ten years deep, you’ll be supported to grow your skills and follow your interests.
Real Impact
You won’t just be a cog in a giant delivery pipeline. At JDM, you’ll work directly with clients and shape solutions that go live, solve real problems, and make a difference.
We post all open roles here as they become available. If there’s nothing listed right now, we’d still love to hear from you.
