Ben's happiest when he's chasing down something he doesn't yet know and working it out. Officially a floater who helps wherever he's needed, his main mission right now is rebuilding JDM's internal system for tracking jobs and clients. He's also the team's unofficial morale manager - the one rounding everyone up for a Thirsty Thursday drink or a nudge to get their footy tips in.
