Diocesan Learning Profile

The Catholic Education Diocese of Toowoomba have been a valued client of JDM Software since 2009. We have in recent years developed an online digital curriculum management system to support teachers in schools with planning, teaching, assessing and reporting.

This system is called the Diocesan Learning Profile (DLP) and it is used by all teachers in all schools across the diocese for planning, teaching, assessing and reporting. Although the DLP is a curriculum management system it has had a profound and surprising impact on both pedagogy and collaborative professionalism.

DLP is currently being used to transition all of our schools to the ACARA Australian Curriculum. With the support of Education Officers in targeted roles, principals and teachers in schools are developing in the DLP all of their new ACARA work programs and school curriculum documents including scope and sequences.

E&E Waste

E&E Waste’s Cotton Samples transport business was using manual documentation to record and track the cotton samples being transported from gins to cotton classers. In 2013, JDM Software created a suite of applications to automate many of these manual processes. Drivers are now able to barcode scan cotton samples in from gins and out to classers, with automated data flows to gins, clients and back-office for accounts processing. This has resulted in productivity and accuracy gains for E&E’s Cotton Samples transport business

Tradezquote

JDM Software worked closely with Mark Glasgow, founder of Tradezquote, to build a complete online solution to address the needs of the client. Our relationship continues to grow with the Tradezquote system as more features and modules are being developed.
